**Assembler A (GA)**

**Job Function:**

Under direction of the Production Supervisor, employees will need to meet daily production goals while complying with safety processes and procedures.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Able to read a tape measure and cut wood per specifications

* Use manual or power hand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assembly operations to produce medium-sized, light-weight products

* Ability to quickly sort products while performing inspections to meet quality standards

* Work at a steady, rapid pace under close supervision;

* Using hands, arms and legs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds

* Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed

* Maintains open communication with supervisor regarding safety concerns and assembly of building components

* Willing to cross-train in different work stations/departments as needed

* Display a positive, Can Do attitude be a change agent

* Other duties as assigned
